One Account Per Person

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and suna101 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the suna101 website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by all provisions herein.

suna101 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to suna101 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. suna101 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. 18+
- You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person, whether or not that person meets the above criteria.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of suna101 or any of its technology, payment, or game-provider partners.
- You must not have previously had a suna101 account permanently closed for a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement on suna101 at the time of registration or re-registration.
suna101 conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) age and identity verification. Players may be asked at any point — including before a first withdrawal — to provide a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure.
Where suna101 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under the age of 18, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the account, withhold any balance pending investigation, and report the matter as required. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in their entirety.

3. Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of services on suna101 — including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing deposits and withdrawals — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred currency (Bangladeshi Taka, ৳ BDT).
You are permitted to hold one account only on suna101. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, names, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. In such cases, suna101 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all balances including any pending withdrawals, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. suna101 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to be conducted by you, and you accept full responsibility for all transactions and interactions made from your account.
suna101 operates a tiered KYC verification system. Basic verification is required before a first withdrawal can be processed. Enhanced verification — including source-of-funds documentation — may be required for accounts that reach specified transaction thresholds or that trigger internal risk monitoring alerts. All verification documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Accepted ID documents: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or government-issued driving licence.
- Accepted proof of address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

The minimum deposit amount at suna101 is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier and may vary depending on your account verification tier and the payment method selected. suna101 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply independent charges for which suna101 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to fund your suna101 account and that is registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Processing times for approved withdrawals are as follows:
- bKash, Nagad, Rocket: Typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval; subject to mobile wallet operator processing schedules.
- Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days, depending on the issuing bank's processing timeline.
suna101 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal. During a pending security review, the withdrawal amount will be held temporarily. Players will be notified by email of the review and the expected resolution timeframe. If a withdrawal is declined on security grounds, the amount will be returned to the player's suna101 wallet balance and the player will be notified of the reason where legally permissible.
All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. If you attempt to deposit using a foreign-currency card, your issuing bank will apply currency conversion at the prevailing rate; suna101 does not control and accepts no responsibility for such rates or associated fees.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy
suna101 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal cricket promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup fixtures. The specific terms — including eligible games, minimum deposit, wagering requirements, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry dates — are published alongside each individual promotion.
The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by suna101 unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:
- Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above who have not opted out of promotional communications.
- Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless stated otherwise.
- Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
- During a bonus wagering period, the maximum permitted bet or wager per round or event is ৳500, unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit placed while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

- Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated timeframe, typically 7–30 days depending on the offer. Upon expiry, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be removed from the account.
- suna101 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any changes do not adversely affect players who have already claimed and are actively wagering a bonus.
- Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting mathematical loopholes, coordinated play with other accounts, or placing hedged bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in bonus cancellation, account review, and potentially permanent closure.

6. Betting & Casino Game Rules
All sports betting markets on suna101 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other disciplines — are governed by the specific sporting rules and market-resolution criteria published within each market on the platform. In the event of ambiguity, suna101's trading team reserves the right to settle markets based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for Bangladesh domestic fixtures).
Casino games offered on suna101 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and RNG card games such as Double Exposure Blackjack — are provided by independent third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is subject to its own rules, published within the game interface. suna101 does not modify game logic or outcomes; all results are generated by the provider's certified RNG systems.
In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a bet or game round:
- Incomplete bets or game rounds caused by a server-side error will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's balance.
- Incomplete rounds caused by a client-side issue (e.g., the player's internet connection) will be settled according to the outcome recorded on suna101's servers at the time of disconnection.
- suna101 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a player's hardware, software, or internet connectivity issues.
Odds and game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are subject to change without notice. All advertised RTPs are based on long-term statistical averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. Gambling involves risk; past results do not predict future outcomes.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on suna101. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the platform. In serious cases, suna101 reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with suna101.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts on the platform (duplicate account fraud).
- Using another person's account, payment method, or identity to access or transact on suna101.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including chip dumping in poker or co-ordinated matched betting on casino games.
- Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or pricing errors in the sportsbook. Any winnings derived from a manifest error will be voided. Players are required to report errors to support immediately upon discovery.
- Using automated software, bots, AI scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to assist with or automate gameplay, betting, or account management beyond standard browser functionality.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering or using suna101 as a vehicle to process funds from illegal activity.
- Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming controls or self-exclusion measures by creating new accounts or using a third party's account.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward suna101 staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
Section 8
8. Account Suspension & Closure
suna101 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive conduct.
- Reasonable suspicion that a player is under 18 years of age.
- Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy — see below).
- At the player's own request, including for responsible gaming self-exclusion purposes.
Voluntary Account Closure: Players who wish to close their suna101 account may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing support@suna101. Any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure unless already converted to withdrawable funds through the completion of wagering requirements.
Dormant Account Policy: An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for 12 consecutive months. suna101 will send a notification email prior to applying the dormant account policy. A monthly administrative fee of ৳200 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) may be deducted from dormant accounts. Players can reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing a verification check.
Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from suna101 for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be restricted and no marketing communications will be sent. Section 9
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, suna101, its officers, directors, employees, agents, technology partners, and game providers shall not be liable to any player for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use or inability to use the suna101 platform or any of its services.
- Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from or related to your use of suna101.
- Interruptions in service caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or any other circumstance beyond suna101's reasonable control.
- Losses resulting from a player's reliance on game statistics, odds information, live scores, or any other data displayed on the platform that may be subject to delay or inaccuracy.
- Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account where such access resulted from the player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
suna101's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this section shall limit suna101's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Section 10
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which suna101 is operated and licensed. Nothing in this clause affects your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute between a player and suna101 — including disputes relating to bet settlement, payment processing, bonus application, or account management — the following process applies:
- Step 1 — Contact Support: The player must first contact the suna101 support team via live chat or email at support@suna101, providing a clear description of the dispute and any supporting evidence. The support team will acknowledge the dispute within 24 hours.
- Step 2 — Internal Review: suna101 will conduct an internal review of the dispute and provide a written response within 10 business days. Complex cases involving third-party game providers may require up to 20 business days.
- Step 3 — Escalation: If the player is not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as directed by suna101's support team at the time of the escalation request.
Players agree that any dispute shall be brought in their individual capacity only, and not as part of any class action, collective proceeding, or representative claim.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between suna101 and the player with respect to the subject matter herein, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
